Shipping policy

All ChikenKoop products are made-to-order — each item is printed and        

produced after you place your order. Shipping times include both production

and transit.                                                                

                                                       

PROCESSING TIME

Production typically takes 2-5 business days. During high-demand periods 

(new drops, holidays, sales), production may take up to 7 business days. You

will receive an email with tracking information once your order has 

shipped.                                                                    

                                                       

SHIPPING TIMES

United States (Standard): 5-12 business days

United States (Express): 3-6 business days                                  

Canada: 8-15 business days                                                  

International: 10-25 business days                                          

All delivery estimates begin after production is complete. Total time =     

production + shipping.                                                      

 

SHIPPING RATES                                                              

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the

items in your cart. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — follow us

on social media to stay in the loop.

                                                                            

ORDER TRACKING                                          

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking

number. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 business days, contact us

and we'll look into it.

                                                                            

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS                                                        

We ship worldwide. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer

and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. International        

delivery times vary by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by 

customs processing.                                                         

                                                       

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If

an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be
